We are alive and i am finally updating!! There has been so much going on. We are in the process of building our house and couldn't be more excited. We are hoping for the end of March. I have a pretty amazing husband! he works on the house every night....he is such a trooper! i appreciate him more then anything. Daxton started preschool and he LOVES IT. hE also celebrated his 4th birthday party at the fun park......the best thing ever. Didnt have to clean up anything:) he had lots of friends come and he had a blast. Thanks everyone!! Ady will be turning 2 on February 21st and I seriously cant believe it. My baby is 2. Crazy. We are so gratful for Brians parents for letting us invade everythinig. I am sure they are pumped to have piece and quiet. Here are some pictures to enjoy!!!!

FINALLY AN UPDATE :) We have been enjoying summer and are loving the sun. We are getting excited to finally start on our house hopefully the first of August! I can't wait. We are so so thankful for our inlaws for letting us invade everything and letting us stay with them A LOT longer then we ever planned on. What would we do without family?? They are great. They may never wanna see us again after we move down the road....but ha ha. We are thankful. I just have pictures now so enjoy :)

On St. Pattys Day me and my friend Nicole took the two cutest boys in town on a date. We went and saw Alvin and the Chipmunks 'The sqeakual' They loved it! It was such a cute show. After we went and got ice cream. It was so good to get out with Daxton and have one on one with him. He has quite the personality! I love you D.

Ok....so i know this is horrible but the other day Ady was crawling and I look over at her and she was trying to get through this barstool and she got stuck!! I couldnt help but laugh so I had to run and get the camera!! oh man...the things she thinks she can do :)

Ady is getting so close to walking...and I put these 'squeaky' shoes on her the other morning for church and she would take a step and then look at her feet!! its hilarious.

Ady couldnt help herself...she loves food so she figured she would get in the cuboard so she could be 'extra' close!!

Daxton went to primary for the first time on Sunday. He was a little unsure at first but he sat on a leaders lap. I went and checked on him twice and he was sitting by himself! Good job buddy....we love you.

We got spoiled this year. We really enjoyed being around family!! Daxton loves his big boy bike and does so good on it.

Ady 10 months-

Weighs 17 pounds

Sleeps all through the night

Pulls herself up to things.

Walks while holding your hands.

Says: Mama, Dada, num, brrr, no no no.

She can wave and do kisses.

She has only her two bottom teeth.

She is always smiling and HAPPY!

Her left kidney is slowly dying and her right one is getting bigger. This is exactly what we want happening and is the best outcome for her situation. She will live a normal healthy life and hopefully her right kidney will stay healthy and strong!! We now only have to meet with the nephrologist once a year until she is about 6!

Daxton 3 years-

Weighs 28 pounds

Is fully potty trained and goes all night with no accidents :) good job buddy.

Is not a huge fan yet of primary but we are working on it.

Is really clingy after nap.

Loves to sing and play the piano.

Loves playing in the snow.

Has major attitude.

Likes to tattle tale!

Loves to play with kids.

Can draw a circle. Knows most of his shapes.

Can use an Iphone better then me!

Knows his Abc's and counts to 10.

Daxtons 3rd Birthday was a blast. He had lots of friends over and they spoiled him rotten! I cant believe my baby is 3! He is a terror and busy busy busy. Whatever dad/grandpa -- or anyone in general is doing anything he needs to be right in the middle. He has a curious mind and loves to work with dad. He is a love bug and still loves to be sung to at night and held after naps. He is being awesome at the big brother role. He loves Ady and Ady loves him. Its fun to watch the interaction grow and they both get bigger.

Today my baby girl turned 6 months old. I can hardly believe how fast time goes. Its so sad!!! She is such a joy to have in our home and is always smiling with those big dimples! Daxton loves anything to do with Ady. He loves her to pieces. I am so glad!!! Every morning he says in his baby voice 'Good morning Sweetie. Did you sleep good?' Just precious. Not a whole lot has been going on with us. These are Daxtons new barn boots. He loves them. He will not let you take them off once they are on. He also loves to paint so I put him up in his chair and as you can see....he had fun! (PS...we are potty trained.)

As for little Ms. Ady she is a dang good baby. She is always so stinking happy. She is rolling over and scooting. She is going to be trouble!!! We are so glad she is in our family and Daxton just loves her so much. He is getting so big and loves to lay by her and talk with her.

Update on little Ady..

So on Wednesday we headed to the U of U Kidney and Transplant Center and met with a Pediatric Nephrologist. He didn't have the best of news for us but it could be worse. He told us that her left kidney has never functioned. He said where it had developed cysts so early in utero that it never had a chance to form normal tissue to work. He also told us that it takes anywhere from 6-8 years for a kidney to completley die. So we will continue to go back and meet with him every 6 months until our little Ady is about 8. That is a lot of shopping trips I guess :). What they will continue to check in ultra sounds is her left kidney to make sure that it is shrinking in size. He said that sometimes that a kidney that is dying will have a chance to develop cancer...he said its a very slim chance but they like to monitor it. He also said that the right kidney should develop a little big larger to make up for the work of the left kidney. So that is everything in a nutshell. We will just continue to pray that her right kidney keeps working hard!!! Thanks everyone for your prayers. We love our little girl to pieces.

I took Daxton to the dentist today. I have been prepping him for about a week and how much fun it will be. We have been 'cleaning' our teeth together. I will let him look at my teeth and then I look at him. He did better then I could of ever imagined. They cleaned his teeth while t hey cleaned mine so I wasn't even with him!! He was in the next chair and didn't even fuss. He thought it was pretty cool. Good job buddy!!

We havent found much out yet about Adysen's kidney. We went down and they had to give her a cathater and fill her bladder up with some dye. She did awesome. She didn't even cry!! She is a tough little cookie. They took x-rays and she urinated and they said that everything look good. I talked to my doctor today and he said that the report showed that the urine is not retracting so we know that the cysts are not caused from her urine backing up into her kidneys which is great news!! So the next step is to meet with a kidney specialist and hope that the cysts have gone away since there is no urine back up!! LETS CROSS OUR FINGERS AND PRAY THAT SHE HAS A HEALTHY KIDNEY. I will keep this updated as we know more. Thanks everyone for keeping little Adysen in your prayers. She means the world to us and I dont know what I would do without my little princess and my naughty two year old :)!!!!

I hope everyone had a great mothers day. We sure did! Here are some pictures of all the activities we have done over the past few days. Daxton really enjoyed the Health Days parade. It was pretty much his first one and he loved it!! We went up to Promitory point yesterday and saw the trains. He was in heaven. And a picture of ady because she is cute :)

We love love SUMMER! Daxton has really enjoyed playing outside and so has

my SanItY. Potty training is going well he has had one wet accidents in 5 days...he still

is scared to go #2 but we are working on it!! GOOD JOB DAXTON! As for Ady she is

almost sleeping through the night..........good job ADY!!! Another bonus for my sanity haha.

Yes yes...we are potty training!! Daxton is doing pretty good other then when it is time for #2 he gets scared and runs to me and so it ends on the floor....but I HAVENT CHANGED A DIAPER ON HIM FOR TWO DAYS. He woke up from a 3 hour nap yesterday with dry pullups! We will see what the next few days brings BUT GOOD JOB BUDDY!!! Any tips on how to get the second part down I AM ALL FOR IT.. Where does time go.....I can't believe I have a two year old. He is so much fun and keeps us on our toes. He can pretty much repeat ANYTHING you say. Some of my favorites are 'Miss you' and when we put him to bed he says Bye! He loves to brush his teeth and take his 'Menance'-medicine...its his flouride. He loves to help with sister and sometimes likes to help extra ;)

We are still alive! Its been busy busy busy. Daxton is doing great with Adysen. He likes to know here she is at all times and other then that he doesn't really bother much...unless she is in her swing or in her bouncer then he thinks he needs to give her an extra bounce or a couple extra HARD swings!! PoOr GiRl :)

Daxton is getting so so so FUNNY! He is talking so good. He can repeat pretty much anything you say. We are having to watch what we say for sure now days!! HaHa. Its been good for Daddy :). The picture of him in his Mickey Mouse jammies was this morning. I laughed so HARD! I woke up to this :) Who couldn't love him? He had on a glove, and a John Deere hat..backwards! I just LOVE those stinking ears!!!

Here are some pics of my growing little baby girl. We went in for her two weeks today and she weighs 7 pound 7 ounces. She is gaining weight a lot faster then Daxton. It probably helps that she weighed about a pound and a half more then him at birth and wasn't four weeks early! She for sure is a lot different then Daxton. She is kind of fiesty. It's been interesting to watch the difference in the two. She is a good baby though I can't complain. We had a couple rough nights...but last night she only woke up TWICE!! SwEeT!!!

Mom I am so sleepy!

Many have asked about details of Adysen's arrival....so here is probably the longest post that I will do!

Well I originally was supposed to be induced on the 16th...but my mom was in Hawaii till the 20th. So when I called to tell her I set the date she was sad and said just wait another four days....which really at the time I didn't think was that much longer, but by Thursday (my due date) I was so ready to be done!! So I changed the date to the 20th so that my mom could be there. I was told to call up to labor and delivery at 6am Friday morning...so of course the night before I tossed and turned and only got about an hour of sleep. I don't sleep well when I know something big is going to happen...well okay it doenst even have to be BIG haha. I can't sleep if I have a new outfit to wear the next day...or if I bought Daxton a cute outfit.:). Brian always gets mad and makes fun of me. So on to the story. I call at 6 am and they say that there is 10 people in there already so I would have to call back. ARE YOU KIDDING ME! So to keep me busy I make Brian take me to breakfast and we try and find things to do. Around 10 I call again and they say there is now 12 people.....HMMMMMM! My doc calls about 11:30 and said that we would probably have to wait until Saturday..SERIOUS! I was pretty bummed. He wanted me to come in later that day to check my blood pressure and see if I was dilated anymore. I had been at a two forever! I go in and everything looked great. He called up to labor and delivery and they said they would call me. So about 8 at night I get a phone call and they are still pretty busy but the charge nurse wanted to get me in that night because she was afraid that tomorrow the same thing would happen and I may get pushed back till Sunday. Did anyone know that there was a waiting line to have babies? So I told her if I hadn't heard anything by midnight that I would just wait. At TEN O CLOCK we got the phone call. Up to the hospital we headed. They started me on the pit at about 11 and at 7:29 AM and 9 minutes of pushing little subborn Adysen made her arrival! There were 16 deliveries when I went in at ten and 6 more including me ready to have babies! TALK ABOUT BABY BOOM.

Everything went great after Adysen was here. I felt so much better then I did with Daxton. I was on all sorts of medicines for my blood pressure and couldn't get up and walk for two days. I was miserable. I was up walking around...cleaning :) those bathrooms sometimes scare me! haha. Daxton has adjusted pretty well, he loves his little sister but isnt to sure about all of the attention she gets. He is getting better.

I haven't told too many people about what has been going on with Adysen. So I will give a little insight. When we went in for our 20 week ultrasound to find out the gender the technician was being kind of funny. She wouldn't go into a lot of detail about much which was weird cause with Daxton they told me EVERYTHING! I am a worry wart so I leave thinking what in the world is going on. I call my doc and he says that she has some cycst on her left kidney?? serious. So me being the smart person I am start researching things on the internet...DON'T EVER DO IT! We were waiting to hear back from a specialist at Primary Children's to see what he thought. Long story short she has a Multisyctic Dysplastic left Kidney. Right now that means its just a kidney that developed cysts and it will eventually die and she will have to live on just her right kidney. We are hoping for the best though and when we go to Primary Childrens in about a month we hope that it is functioning a little bit. I have heard of some stories of children who have the same thing and 5 or 6 years down the road the cyst just go away! EVERYONE KEEP LITTLE ADYSEN IN YOUR PRAYERS!

Here are my two most favorite boys :). This was
right before we headed down to Layton. I told Brian
instead of flowers and stuff for me I just wanted a good
old pile of cheese fries from Training Table and some clothes
for Daxton and Ady. He is the BEST husband ever!!
He is ready to have me done being prego though....man this last weeks
are HORRIBLE!! O well she will be here in no time...

I didn't realize all the bows little Adysen had until I hung them up. I still have lots more ideas haha. Hopefully she will keep the things in her hair :)

So I changed my day to get induced to a day AFTER my due DATE!! what the heck?? I decided that I am a pretty big momma's girl. She gets home on the 20th so if I havent had baby Adysen by then I will get induced. I just want my mom to be there!! So.......a few more days unless she decides to come on her own!!!!

I am getting induced on Monday at 06:00 AM!!! That's if I don't get things going on my own. I am a little nervous and also excited. My mom is in Hawaii so that is a bummer, but she will be home on Friday the 20th. I think Daxton is ready to see his little sister that we are ALWAYS talking about. I am really anxious to see how he interacts with her. Well I will keep everyone posted if anything happens between now and Monday. Wish us luck :)

HaRd at Work

Daxton's newest thing to do is work on his bikes

with dad's real tools. He will do it for hours. He always

has to put his hard hat on first. Its pretty darn funny.

When daddy gets home he makes him help him fix it.

He is getting so big and talking like CRAZY!!!!

Not much is new with baby progress. My mom leaves

to Hawaii on the 10th so I was hoping to have her

before she leaves....so we still have a few days. If not

I wanna make it to my due date which is the 19!!!

Just my luck I will have her the day after my mom leaves!

I am two weeks more pregnant then I have ever been...

and wow!!! HaHa. I feel good so I can't complain, but I am so

not very comfy, no clothes fit me and I can barely put my darn socks on :).

Not much is new at the Reese house. Just waiting for baby

and getting everything ready. Daxton is started to act like

he understands a little bit more. If anyone touches my belly,

including daddy he will come take your hand off and say 'No my

baby' Its funny but I think he is going to be quite protective.

I let him make a shirt today that says 'Big Brother' and he

put his handprints all over it. He loved it it was way cute.

I am dilated to a one and 75% efaced...so that is some progress!!

I wanna make it to at least 38 weeks which would be a week from this Thursday.

I have already made it a week longer then I did with Daxton so that is

My sister Stacy had her baby last night.

He weight 7 lbs 11 oz. and was 19 inches long.

She pushed for 15 minutes and he made his

debut!!! GOOD JOB SISSY!! I love you. Being

a mom is the BEST THING IN THE WORLD!!

Today we decided to switch Daxton to his big

boy bed. He thought it was pretty cool.

This is his first nap in his new big boy bed!! He

was sad and tried to get out and hit the walls a

couple times, but 20 minutes later I checked on him

and YAHOO....asleep in his bed!!

I can't believe my little boy is big enough to be doing this.

It is so sad, I did shed a tear or two, but man time flies!!!

Bring on number two so we can start from square one again :):)

We had a Christmas party on Daxton's birthday. This is

This is the cutest snowman I have ever seen :) what a goof!!!

We had a relay race to see who could dress up
as Santa the fastest. Daxton wanted in on the fun.

Daxton really liked Santa, I was way surprised.
He didn't want much to do with him when we seen
him at the mall, but I think he saw all of his cousins and
everyone he knew sitting with him so he decided he might give

Daxton got some new snow clothes from

Grandma & Grandpa for his birthday.

I put them on him and he was out the door.

He LOVES it. He calles his coat his 'stinky'

because that is what he calls the snowmobile,

and he thinks its his snowmobiling coat:)

Daxton also got a 'fake' shaving kit for his

birthday so now when dad shaves he is

right there watching carfully as he does it too!!

Last night we had a little get together with friends for Daxton's

Brian always makes fun of me because I always have to check

on Daxton before I get into bed, and if I am already in bed and I

haven't checked on him I will get out and check on him. I went

in there last night and he had snuggled with his puppy and was

snoring away!! I just love this little guy so much.

Last night we went to the pumpkin walk. Daxton
really enjoyed it. I don't ever remember it being
so busy...but it was a good time. It was a little chilly
but we stayed warm :)

Last weekend me and my mom
went up to my sister's house in Provo to go shopping
and have lunch together. It was a lot of fun!!
We are about 4 weeks apart and I am so super excited
for her to have a baby :):) We wanted to get a shot

I decided to let Daxton and Mason color some pumpkins. As you can see Daxton had fun coloring himself too, o well a little marker never hurt a little boy before:) and he definitley is ALL BOY!!!!
