---this is what we look like after no sleep and crying all day and night---
Second night was a DISASTER....he slept maybe four hours
and cried for about four put all together. I have tried
EVERYTHING I can think of. He won't sleep at all today.
I tried laying with him in my bed and he still screams!!!
Anyone have any suggestions I am all for it, cause
I am pretty close to giving in.............
I had my first mom break down today! I think
we cried together for like two hours, over a
stupid binkie!! are ya kidding?

I'm so sorry Shanna!! Who knew binkies could cause so much trouble?? I feel bad for you guys, keep trying!

ok i never had binki issues, but i heard of every night you cut a little off the binki and you just keep doing it and doing it, until it is gone, or i heard that you take him to a store and you trade the cashier for something else he wants so that he can make the choice to give it away. i don't know if these will help but i do know that screaming babies and being pregnant don't mix too well... so sorry..
Oh Shanna I am so sorry! Taking the bink away is the hardest thing ever. We started showing Brooke babies with binkys, then eventually told her she had to give hers to the babies. She only cried for an hour the first night and asked for it a few times the next day and that was the end. If you are really brave... you could try getting him a "big boy bed" and tell him that big boys can't have binkys in their beds. The bed transition wasn't as hard as we thought it would be either... she was ready to give the crib to the baby too. Good luck!!
my mom and dad said i was the same way. I always needed my bink. My mom told me i had three left and when I lost the last one I couldn't have it anymore. when i lost the last one it was my fault.
